Lenka Matthews, a “renowned powerhouse” is recognised as one of the CEE’s leading leasing and real estate consultants. With over two decade’s experience in the international retail & hospitality industry, she has built up an enviable and respected reputation. She has extensive expertise in mixed-use schemes, shopping centres, new developments, high street, department stores and maintains excellent relationships with operators and landlords alike and is able to develop transactions either on or off market. She is often brought in to advise on challenged schemes, assist in new emerging concepts and on acquisitions and disposals.

She strongly believes that business should be personable and is passionate about the importance of building and managing relationships. She enjoys the challenge of responding to an ever-changing and demanding environment, finding creative solutions to practical problems and is devoted to enabling her clients to meet or exceed their business goals, and adopt new approaches when required.


Highlights Include:

  • Securing 72.5% of store capacity under Head of Terms from 30.000 sq.m across all categories for a planned premium department store in Prague, which included new entrants, international and luxury brands.
  • Responsible for 3 regional shopping centres (Forum Nová Karolina, Forum Ústí nad Labem and Futurum Hradec Králové) in the Czech Republic. 110.000 sq.m of retail space, negotiating over 250 leases, and being at the forefront on assisting the successful asset disposals.
  • Extensive years working for several international companies, including DTZ, Unibail-Rodamco, Meyer Bergman. Mixed used schemes included: Centrum Chodov, Centrum Černý Most and Arkády Pankrác).
  • UK MBA, with excellent English, and currently learning Spanish.



Miloš Staňek, a highly successful and respected entrepreneur with businesses and investments spanning the residential, retail and leisure sectors. He co-founded Potten & Pannen-Staněk (P&P) in 1992 – which imports, distributes, and retails premium quality kitchen equipment with twelve physical stores across CEE as well as online retailing.

Having acquired both retail and residential buildings, he brings a unique understanding of building development, real estate property and retail operations.

He has an enviable business network with many clients in the property world, which organically brought about collaborations with P&P, and thus fostering a bigger vision of creating his own real estate company. His passion for real estate was further enhanced by his personal experience of a unique restoration project – turning an historic old-school building and converting this into a family home with a gourmet academy kitchen.
