Lenka Matthews is the driving force behind a distinguished real estate company specializing in the Costa Blanca Coast market. With over three years as a certified real estate broker based in Alicante, Lenka sets the industry standard with her dedication to providing fully tailored services and exceptional client care.
Lenka's expertise spans the residential real estate market on the Costa Blanca Coast, where her commitment to client welfare and service excellence shines through in every transaction. Her career in real estate began in 1996, and she is renowned as a leading consultant in Central and Eastern Europe, offering extensive knowledge in mixed-use schemes, shopping centers, new developments, high streets, and department stores.
With over two decades of experience in the international retail and hospitality industries, Lenka specializes in residential real estate on the Costa Blanca Coast. She adeptly represents both sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process.
Known for her outstanding relationships with clients, developers, operators, and landlords, she excels in facilitating complex transactions, on and off the market. Her portfolio includes advising on complex schemes, guiding emerging concepts, and managing acquisitions and disposals.
In her daily work, Lenka is deeply committed to driving positive change within the residential real estate market. She aims to elevate standards, promote transparency, and deliver personalized client care that meets individual needs. She values personable business practices and thrives in dynamic and challenging environments, where she excels at finding innovative solutions to practical challenges and adapting to evolving client requirements.

Staněk
Partner
Miloš Staňek, a highly successful and respected entrepreneur with businesses and investments spanning the residential, retail and leisure sectors. He co-founded Potten & Pannen-Staněk (P&P) in 1992 – which imports, distributes, and retails premium quality kitchen equipment with twelve physical stores across CEE as well as online retailing.
Having acquired both retail and residential buildings, he brings a unique understanding of building development, real estate property and retail operations.
He has an enviable business network with many clients in the property world, which organically brought about collaborations with P&P, and thus fostering a bigger vision of creating his own real estate company. His passion for real estate was further enhanced by his personal experience of a unique restoration project - turning an historic old-school building and converting this into a family home with a gourmet academy kitchen.
